New Order for SmartPin Cards in Desktop
The left hand side of your desktop contains information about your SmartPins on cards. Since we implemented the cards, they have always been ordered by the SmartPin creation time. But if you have a SmartPin that was created four years ago that is constantly being updated, it can be difficult to find that card. So in a change to the portal, and in an attempt to keep the most recent information closest to the top, we have changed how the cards are ordered. They are now ordered by the time the SmartPin was last updated.

Searching for Child SmartPins
Last week we rolled out the ability to search for a child SmartPin from the Parent SmartPin task or child tab. In certain cases, the search from a parent was returning the children of other parents. Specifically, when a parent identifier was a substring of another parent’s identifier, the search results would contain the children of both parents. We fixed this problem.
Last week we also indicated that parent identifiers should not be single character fields if the search for children capability was to work correctly. Fixing the above mentioned problem also removed this limitation. Searching for the children of single character parent identifier SmartPins will now work correctly.
