Allowed File Extensions
In an effort to make sure that file attachment uploads conform to our customer’s expectations, we have implemented a Customer Setting to prescribe the allowable file extensions that may be uploaded to the Notes page by the portal or a mobile device.
File extensions must start with a ‘.’
In the screenshot below, you can see the setting configured with various common file extensions: e.g. .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .mp4. Note, we don’t currently support thumbnails for .png and .pdf file attachments.

Selecting Jurisdictions for Instructions
Last week we introduced SmartPin instructions with the ability to define Instructions to show the mobile user before or after a create, update, delete, or complete action. Instructions may also be specified to be for certain App Roles and for specific Jurisdictions. But our Jurisdiction selector was not working correctly. Now it is.
