Who Made the Timeline Change
Our customers are really enjoying our Task capabilities and our ability to show the task history in the Timeline view. But several customers have asked for us to show who made the change in the timeline view. From now on, whenever an attribute history record is captured, not only do we tell you when it was captured, we tell you who made the change that caused it to be captured. Right now, this is available on the portal for all snapshots created from now on. But soon we will release apps that support displaying this information as well.

We’re Back to an A!
We monitor the quality of the security of our portal closely using the website ssllabs.com. We take a lot of pride in maintaining an A grade from SSL Labs. Unfortunately, SSL Labs changed the grading criteria in December and we weren’t aware of the change. So we briefly slipped to a B grade. But, being the nerdy overachievers we are, we studied up quickly and got ourselves back into the A territory.
Transitioning SmartPin to Itself No Longer Creates History
If a Complete trigger is configured to transition a SmartPin to the same type of SmartPin, or if a user manually transitions a SmartPin to the same type of SmartPin, the system used to create a snapshot of the attributes in an attribute history record. The system will no longer create an attribute history snapshot if the type of SmartPin does not change.
User Audit Log Report Removed
The user audit log captured information on every change to the user record. Unfortunately, the user record changes frequently for the mobile users and the report ended up being a useless record of every time the updated_at timestamp of the mobile user changed. So we got rid of the report. Keep an eye out for new User reports in the near future.
