Assign SmartPins to Portal Users
Originally, the Assignments feature was meant to assign SmartPin work to mobile users. We have enhanced that capability so that SmartPins can be assigned to Portal users who have the Customer or Customer Admin role. There is a new Assignments icon at the top of the portal indicating how many assignments the currently logged in user has.
The icon can be tapped to view information on each SmartPin assigned to the user.
The assignments can be resorted and paged as necessary.
SmartPins can now be Printed from the new Action menu in the upper right corner of the SmartPin details.
When the Print option is chosen, the browser Print screen appears. All of the SmartPin information, including Assignments, Attributes, and picture Thumbnails are printed.
Saving the screen to PDF uses a default filename of the SmartPin name and Address.
Below is a picture of the final PDF, which represents the page that will print from the Printer.
Fixed In This Release
Disabled Actions on Deleted SmartPins
SmartPins that have been marked deleted from Nrby can still be viewed from the SmartPin by Age report. We have tried to make it clearer that changes/edits can not be made to these SmartPins when being viewed.
DateTime Attribute Column Format Fixed
Attributes that were of the date/time type were not displaying correctly when the attribute column was added to the SmartPin by Age report. That has been fixed.
Upgraded Portal Clustering Library
Sometimes, we have to keep up with the Joneses. Or at least, keep up with the latest versions of our 3rd party libraries. We have updated our clustering library, which should result in better clustering performance, but does change the look of our map clusters.
