User Table Search and Filtering
We have added functionality to the Users table. Now you can Search the user table. The string entered into the search box will be matched against the email column and the name column and the table results will be limited to display only the rows that match the search criteria.
You can also filter the Mobile Users tab by the mobile user app role. Choose one or more app roles from the App Roles dropdown at the top of the App Roles column
Click outside the drop down and the table is filtered to show only matching app roles.
To enable this feature, please contact email@example.com. Once your support has been enabled, you can choose to share your SmartPin definitions with any or all configured Partners. Below, you can see our test customer has been configured with Partner1 and Partner2. Now the Broken Pole SmartPin definition can be shared with either or both of them.
If I login as Partner1, I cannot see the Broken Pole SmartPin definition in my list of SmartPin definitions. So a Partner may not change the definition of the SmartPin that has been shared with them.
But Partner1 may create, update, or delete Broken Pole SmartPins.
And the parent Customer can see the SmartPins in their map, reports, and data feed as if one of their own mobile users had performed the action.
What You See Is What You Get
From our various Reports, when you export data without any filtering, the export button will “Export All Table Data” (just like the button says). If you select any filters, the label on the button will change to “Export Selected Table Data”, and only the selected data will be exported. This report....
...produces this CSV file.
If the report is displaying Attribute column values, only relevant Attribute columns will be exported. If the report is filtered down to SmartPins that do not contain the displayed Attribute column, that column will not be exported. Only Attributes that belong to the exported SmartPins will be exported.
And you can only export CSV files now. XLS files were much larger, took much longer to create, and provided no extra information.
Fixed In This Release
Clearing the Age Filter on SmartPin by Age Report
Before today, when a timeframe was chosen for the time filter in the SmartPin by Age report, a timeframe had to remain selected. There was no way to go back to not having a time filter. Now, just select the first menu choice “Filter by Created Time” to go back to having no time filter.
Email Group Subscriptions
When creating an email group, the selected SmartPin used to reset to the ‘Any SmartPin’ option on every other dropdown list select. That problem has been fixed. Now the correct SmartPin is selected on every mouse-click of the Subscriptions dropdown.
